🎨 What You’ll Do & the Impact You’ll Make
As a Skyhawks Coach, you’ll:
🏅 Lead participants through sports fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment.
⚽ Create inclusive, encouraging atmospheres so every child feels welcome.
🏋️ Set up equipment and organize materials for each session.
🔒 Monitor safety and address participants’ physical and emotional needs.
🤝 Collaborate with Directors and coaches to deliver high-quality programs.
😀 Interact positively with parents and build strong relationships.
📆 Commit to assigned program schedules, which vary by season.
