If you registered directly through Skyhawks-SuperTots Sports Colorado, your child is officially enrolled once we receive full payment, and you will receive an automated confirmation email.

If you registered through a local partner organization (such as a community center, school, or recreation district in Northern Colorado, Denver, or Colorado Springs), please contact them directly for confirmation.

If your child can no longer attend their scheduled program, you have the option to apply your registration fee toward a future Skyhawks program. Simply email us at skyhawks@skyhawks.com or call 800-804-3509.

Refunds are available only if:
✔ You registered directly through Skyhawks-SuperTots Sports Colorado
✔ You purchased Refund Protection during registration
✔ Your refund request is made at least two weeks before the program start date

If you registered through a local partner organization, such as a recreation center or school, you will need to check with them for their refund policy.

For an additional $10 per program, Refund Protection allows you to receive a full refund if you cancel at least two weeks before the start date. If you cancel within two weeks, you will receive a credit toward a future program.

Refund Protection is non-refundable and not available for all programs, so please review the details carefully when registering.

We do everything possible to run programs as scheduled, but sometimes cancellations occur due to low enrollment or unexpected circumstances.

If a program is canceled due to low enrollment:
✔ You will be notified immediately
✔ You can transfer to another program or receive a credit toward a future program
✔ Refunds are available if requested within two weeks of cancellation

If a program location changes (due to weather, facility conflicts, or other unforeseen events), we will notify you of the new location as close as possible to the original. If the new location does not work for you, we will offer you the option to switch programs or receive a credit toward a future session.

Because our programs are already priced competitively, we do not offer sibling or multiple-child discounts unless specifically noted during registration.

Yes, a $10 late fee will be added if you register less than seven days before the program start date.

No, our program fees are not prorated, as each session is carefully structured to provide a progressive learning experience.

At Skyhawks-SuperTots Sports Colorado, we recruit highly motivated individuals with a passion for youth development and sports education. All of our coaches:

✔ Have varsity-level or higher playing experience
✔ Complete a rigorous hiring process, including background checks, interviews, and reference verification
✔ Undergo 20+ hours of training in youth coaching, skill development, and safety procedures
✔ Are CPR & First Aid certified
✔ Complete SafeSport and Mandatory Reporter Training, ensuring a safe, positive environment

We group kids based on age and skill level to ensure that everyone has a fun, positive, and developmentally appropriate experience. Typical age groups include:

✔ 3½ – 4 years old
✔ 4 – 6 years old
✔ 6 – 8 years old
✔ 8 – 11 years old
✔ 11 – 14 years old

If your child wants to be placed with a friend or sibling, please inform the on-site director on the first day. While we cannot guarantee placement, we do our best to accommodate requests.

Not at all! Our programs are designed for beginners and intermediate players. We prioritize skill-building in a supportive environment, grouping kids based on age and ability so they feel comfortable while learning.

Yes, all Skyhawks-SuperTots programs in Denver, Northern Colorado, and Colorado Springs are co-ed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Absolutely! We use a progressive curriculum that adapts to your child's skill level and experience. We also encourage kids to try different sports to develop well-rounded athletic skills.

We foster a positive and inclusive environment. If a child exhibits behavior that disrupts the program, we follow a three-step discipline approach:

Initial conversation – Our coaches will talk with the child to understand the issue.
Time-out – If behavior persists, the child will take a brief timeout to reset.
Parent involvement – If challenges continue, the on-site director will contact the parent to discuss solutions.

In rare cases, a participant may be removed from the program due to repeated or severe behavior issues.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying in any form, including:

✔ Physical or verbal abuse
✔ Racist or discriminatory behavior
✔ Emotional intimidation or cyberbullying

If an incident occurs, parents will be notified immediately. If bullying continues, the child may be removed from the program.

We play rain or shine! However, in the case of severe weather, we may postpone or cancel a session for safety reasons. To check for cancellations, please contact your program director.

We do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations.

If air quality is poor before the start of a session, we will:

✔ Move activities indoors (if possible)
✔ Modify activities to minimize exertion
✔ Take more breaks and limit time outside

If conditions worsen during a session, we will adjust activities accordingly. If we must cancel, parents will be notified as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds for air-quality-related cancellations.

Some local recreation centers and city programs charge non-resident fees for participants who live outside their service area. These fees are set by the host city, not by Skyhawks.
